By default, your router will use the IP address: 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, as the router configuration address. If you want to access to your router and modify the settings, simply enter 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 on the address bar of your browser and press Enter.
It will ask you to enter the username and password of your router, simply enter your own username and password (in case you have setup it) or use the default username and password from manufacturers.
Unable To Access To Router Settings Page: 192.168.0.1 Or 192.168.1.1
If you are unable to access to the router settings page, the simplest way is doing factory reset on your router. Simply press the reset button at behind the router for about 30 seconds and then the reset process is completed.

However, you must config your router from beginning, including setup internet connection (username and password from internet service provider) as well as Wi-Fi settings and other settings.
You Have Connected To Your Home Wi-Fi And Can’t Access To Router Settings Page
If you have connected to your home Wi-Fi network and want access to the Wi-Fi router settings page to modify Wi-Fi settings (such as change the Wi-Fi SSID name and password), but you are unable to access to it.
In this case, I would suggest you to connect to your Wi-Fi router through Ethernet cable, it will work. Or you also can do a factory reset and then access to router settings page with the default IP address: 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1, depends on the brand of your router.

After reset your router and you figure out that you don’t know the default IP address of the router, you can easily connect your computer to the router and use the “ipconfig” command through cmd.exe to find the default IP address of the router.
