Huawei has unveiled a several devices in the first half of this year, such as the Huawei P8 and Honor 7 as well as some middle range smartphones and tablets. The company also has reported a 30% revenue growth in the first half of 2015.
Yesterday, Huawei has announced the Huawei G8 smartphone in China. The Huawei G8 features a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 1,920 x 1,080 pixels resolution, and powered by a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 615 SoC, with an Adreno 405 GPU.
This new Android smartphone comes in two different models: the 2GB of RAM with 16GB of internal storage model, and the 3GB of RAM with 32GB of internal storage. Both models have a MicroSD card slot to expand the internal storage, a 13MP main camera with PureCel sensor and dual flash LEDs, a 5MP front camera, a 3,000 mAh battery as well as fingerprint scanner and runs on Google’s Android 5.1 Lollipop with the Huawei’s Emotion UI.
If you are interested in the Huawei G8 smartphone, it will be available for purchase soon with a price of $370 for the 2GB RAM model and $430 for the 3GB RAM model. Both variants support dual SIM card slots.
