HP Slate 7 VoiceTab Ultra and HP Slate 8 Plus are coming to India

According to the news from STJS Gadgets, HP will soon launch the Slate 7 VoiceTab Ultra and Slate 8 8 Plus tablet in India. Apparently, the company has been focusing on smartphone and tablet markets, alongside with its desktop and notebook lineup.

The HP Slate VoiceTab Ultra is a 7-inch tablet with 1,200 x 1,900 pixels display and powered by a 1.6GHz quad-core HiSilicon processor with a Mali-450 GPU. It also has 2GB of RAM with 16GB of internal storage and expandable via microSD card slot.

The Slate VoiceTab Ultra comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera with a 5-megapixel front camera as well as a 5,000 mAh battery and pre-loaded Google’s Android 4.2 Jelly Bean.

Meanwhile, the HP Slate 8 Plus isn’t powerful like the VoiceTab Ultra tablet, and just features a 8-inch 800 x 1,200 pixels display, with 1GB of RAM, 16GB of internal storage, 5-megapixel rear camera, 1-megapixel front camera with a 4,800 mAh battery and has the same CPU and GPU.

The company will soon release both Android tablets in India for 29,990 INR (Rs. 29,990) and 22,990 INR (Rs. 22,990) for HP Slate 7 VoiceTab Ultra and HP Slate 8 Plus, respectively.
