If you want your smartphone or tablet have the best performance, it should go with Qualcomm Snapdragon 810. And that’s what Sharp announced today, a new Aquos Pad SH-05G tablet and Aquos Zeta SH-03G smartphone, for the Japanese market only.
The Sharp Aquos Pad SH-05G is powered by a Snapdragon 810 processor, and comes with a 7-inch IGZO display, 2GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage, expandable via a microSD card slot. It also has an 8-megapixel main camera, a 2.1-megapixel front camera and a 3,900 mAh battery.
Meanwhile, the Sharp Aquos Zeta SH-03G is an Android smartphone with the same processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 810, and a smaller display: 5.5-inch full HD. The Zeta has 3GB of RAM, 32GB of expandable on-board storage, 13-megapixel main camera with OIS and f/1.9 aperture, with a 3,000 mAh battery.
Both smartphone and tablet will come pre-loaded with Google’s Android 5.0 Lollipop. Unfortunately, the company has not released any word about the pricing or availability at this moment. These devices will be available to Japan customers via NTT DoCoMo network, and we think the company has no plan to bring these devices to worldwide.
