Panasonic launches the Eluga U2 64-bit smartphone


Panasonic today has quietly launched the Eluga U2 Android smartphone that based on 64-bit CPU and runs on Google’s Android 5.0 Lollipop.

Powered by a 1.2GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 CPU with 2GB RAM, the Eluga U2 has a 5-inch IPS HD display, a 13-megapixel rear facing camera with a 5-megapixel front facing camera.

Weights 131g, the Panasonic Eluga U2 Lollipop smartphone has a 2,500mAh battery and supports for LTE network. It’s now available in the Taiwan for around $250, but no word on availability for worldwide market at this moment.
