HP announces new Pro Slate 12 and Pro Slate 8


Today, HP has announced two new Android-based tablets called the Pro Slate 12 and Pro Slate 8.

The HP Pro Slate 12 features a 12.3-inch HD display with 1,600 x 1,200 pixels of resolution and powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800.

It also has 2GB RAM, 32 of internal storage and can expand with a microSD card, an 8-megapixel rear-facing camera with a 2-megapixel front-facing camera. Weight at just 850 grams, the HP Pro Slate 12 supports for Duet Pen, Wi-Fi 802.11ac and will be available to sell for $569.

If you are interested in this upcoming tablet, it will hit the market in earlier of this year and claimed as the first tablet feature the Gorilla Glass 4.

Alongside with the Pro Slate 12, the Pro Slate 8 tablet comes with a smaller display at 7.9-inch but get higher resolution with 2,048 x 1,536 pixels. All other specifications much like the HP Pro Slate 12, but not come with Gorilla Glass 4 and will sell for $449.
