Nvidia Shield tablet gets Google Android 5.0.1


Last month, the Nvidia Shield tablet has received the Lollipop update and now it’s time for the next update to fix few bugs, improves performance, UI, app responsiveness, camera enhancements, memory optimizations and support for OpenGL 4.5.

Nvidia has supported to its gaming tablet very well to improve the experiences of gamers by make and release update package fast.

The Nvidia Shield tablet has an 8-inch 1,920 x 1,200 display with a 2.2GHz Tegra K1 CPU, 2GB RAM, a 5MP camera and Bluetooth 4.0.

Not only the Shield tablet, the Android 5.0.1 has officially landed to most of Nexus devices via over the air (OTA) or you can download it from Google’s factory image page and flash your device firmware.
